About Unforgettable Connections and Pathways
Unforgettable Connections and Pathways provides educational services designed to help learners move forward with confidence and direction. We support clients through personalized tutoring, academic coaching, and structured intervention plans using ABA strategies.  We focus on building strong learning habits, clear milestones, and supportive connections-so progress feels manageable, motivating, and truly unforgettable for our learners.

Services

Home Instruction

Provides students with individualized support in a comfortable and familiar environment, helping them build confidence and academic success at their own pace. Also encourages stronger focus, positive routines, and meaningful progress in both academic and social development.

Behavioral Intervention Specialist (BIS)

Help clients develop positive routines, organization skills, and effective coping strategies that support success at home, school, and in the community. We work closely with each child to improve focus, self-management, communication, and confidence through individualized support plans.

Parent Training

We work collaboratively with parents to set meaningful goals, strengthen communication, and build effective behavior management techniques tailored to their child’s needs. Through ongoing coaching and support, parents gain confidence and tools to encourage positive growth, independence, and long-term success for their child.

Special Instruction

Unforgettable Connections and Pathways LLC offers Special Instruction designed to help learners build foundational skills and confidence through individualized support. We deliver structured lessons, targeted interventions, and ongoing progress monitoring to strengthen academic performance and functional learning outcomes. Each plan is tailored to the student’s needs and is implemented with consistency, professionalism, and care.
